A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. 

Your order will leave our location in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the carrier. 

If your order is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipping company (FedEx, UPS) immediately to make a claim.


Please Note The Following:

  • We DO ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and worldwide.  Please supply your own shipping account number for us to bill.
  • Texas Residents will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.  Businesses or Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law by our distribution partners.
  • All prices are quoted and all payments must be made in US$.
  • All products with delivery to the continental US are shipped Standard Ground. Other expedited shipping options are available for an additional charge when you check out.


Order Cut-Off | 2pm CST (M-F):

  • Most internet orders placed before 2pm CST Monday thru Friday will be processed and confirmed the same day. 
  • Please note, orders placed after 2pm CST Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.  Orders placed after 5pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday. Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days. We observe most federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed, confirmed and shipped on Monday.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS or national trucking company.

Standard Ground or Freight Shipping (Larger Orders): Arrives 2-6 business days after order processing

2-3 Day Express: Arrives 2-3 Business days after order processing



Our return policy is simple, if you aren't happy with your purchase please return it in an an used re-sellable condition (including any packaging and manufacturers labels) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund excluding any postage costs

When returning any item to us for whatever reason it is your responsibility until the goods have been delivered to us. We can not be held responsible outside of the 30 day period or without labels as above may be subject to a restocking fee.

If you are returning an item due to an error by us, we will cover the cost to return the item and of course there will be no cost to send out the correct item returned outside of the 30 day period or without labels as above may be subject to a restocking fee.

All orders can be shipped directly to your door via UPS Ground 48 States. We take care in packaging your order and fully insure each order.

Our return policy is based on the simple principle of servicing our customers. We enjoy an extremely low rate of return due to upfront service and accurate information about products before they are ordered.

If you need to return an item because it is not what you ordered, contact us and we will refund shipping charges as well. You will find we are very easy to work with and put the customers interests first.

All products are covered by the manufacturers warranty. Warranty terms vary between manufacturers as well as products, so please refer to your documentation or our Warranty Search page for details. If you have warranty questions please feel free to contact us. Keep all manufacturer products to help yourself communicate with us, or them directly if the need arises. Be aware that shipping and service charges are not covered by manufacturers warranty.
